The Skills Library
A prompt is one good question. A skill is a standing set of instructions you give your bot once — a system prompt, custom instructions, or a skill file — so it keeps doing a job your way: reviewing code, checking sources, tutoring your kid, triaging your inbox. People share their best bot setups every day, and this library collects the top of them. Every category below is a ranked top 10, picked from what is actually shared and used — the strongest first, no filler. Dozens of skills, re-ranked every week.
Search a job (“review”, “tutor”, “inbox”) or tap a category. The number is its rank in that category.
Swap in your tools, your subjects, your rules. The brackets are the only parts you need to touch.
Copy the skill into your bot’s custom instructions, a project’s instructions, or a skill file (like a SKILL.md) — wherever your bot takes standing instructions. Then just ask it to do the job.
No skills match that search yet. Try a shorter word — or check back next week, the top 10s are re-ranked every week.
Library last updated November 3, 2026. Skills here are templates rewritten in our own words from setups shared publicly by creators — swap in your own details and make them yours. Rankings are refreshed weekly: new challengers can bump a weaker entry. Found a great skill we should rank? Email hello@hiimhal.com.
